While we love Schoop's hamburgers this location isn't as good as standalone ones that are not inside a mall. While the burgers taste great there there are few things that should be improved in my opinion. 1. service is pretty slow there 2. French fries are a bit undercooked and soggy (at least when we got them they were) 3. there was no lettuce/tomatoes on the condiment bar I think that you guys should add them to the self serve toppings bar. when we went there we found ketchup/mustart,...read full review
First time here and my overall feeling is pretty good. My hamburger was pretty tasty, the ends of it was very crispy which was odd... it wasn't necessarily bad... just weird. Fries were average, nothing to special. Service was a tad slow but they were very friendly. Nothing was bland however nothing was bursting with flavor. Pretty good all together.

This location is definitely much better than the location at Chicago Ridge mall. Friendlier staff too. Food was really good and well presented.Only thing that kind of stunk about my experience is that it was a little pricey and they charge for refills. ($0.65 each)
