Best pumpkin chai of my life! Immediately I was greeted with that familiar Starbucks smell, along with a smile from the barista! She double checked my order (which I loved) to make sure she got everything right and didn't make the wrong thing. Let me tell you, that girl could make a drink! Best customer service I've seen in a LONG time. Bring back workers like this!

I know Starbucks at target closes at 8:00 PM I got there about to order at about 7:45 and the girl that worked there said they are closed and can’t take any ordered if you list that you close at 8:00 you shouldn’t turn customers away 15 minutes before closing time just doesn't make sense!! Would rather go to order Starbucks Target because I got better service then this!

I purchased 2 iced drinks and they basically gave me 2 cups full of ice. We requested a replacement and the girl accused me of trying to get free drinks. Never again

Rude and unprofessional barista. I made the mistake for mixing up the sizes and got scolded by the barista. She was rude and had no personality, if she so miserable working there then she need to do a job change. I want to give this place zero stars looks like Dunkin going to get my business.

Unsure what the baristas name may have been, but the service was extremely poor. I understand people may have bad days, but this barista made it same as if she was being held against her will to not only take, but make my order as well. I was the only person in line and she didn't even attend me at the front counter. She seemed to be doing something else and asked for my order as she did what she was doing before I got there. I politely asked for extra dragon fruit inclusions and she turned around when I approached her by saying "excuse me" and after I asked she just looked away. I was also incorrectly charged for three items when it should have only been two. I felt like a bother and this is probably why I was the only person in line.

This location is always very crowded and can either be "hit-or-miss." Sometimes my drink is made correctly but sometimes it is made wrong. When I go there, I usually bet that there's a 60% chance of it being made wrong and a 40% chance of it being made right. If there is another location that is closer or nearby but slighter further, I'll usually go to the other location.....

I ordered through DoorDash Venti Iced Americano with just cream and received half glass of black iced coffee. It was literally half empty!!! Seems like nobody bothered to add the cream in it and just gave it to the Dasher. I mean common people, how stupid can you be to give half empty clear cup and not to see that it’s missing something????lol When I called they said they will give me a credit for that coffee and that’s all they can do. Well I didn’t pay $6.99 for the delivery only to get the $5.00 credit for messed up coffee!! You just lost a customer that was buying your coffee every day! Greetings!
