“We hired Taco Melon to cater our Cinco de Mayo event, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and a huge hit with everyone at the event. The setup was professional, the service was friendly and efficient, and they made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Guests kept asking where the food was from! Highly recommend Taco Melon for any catering event — we’ll definitely use them again.”

“Charming coffeehouse in the center of downtown Oswego. I love their selection of local baked goods. The baristas are always friendly and have even made me the occasional off menu cortado when requested. Tahlia is my favorite barista. But the whole crew is amazing. Definitely worth stopping in. (Plenty of tea options if you aren’t a coffee drinker).”

“I’ve been here a few times. The service is super nice! It’s been a while since I’ve been in, and when I went in the server recognized me and asked how I’ve been. Which was super sweet. They gave me a lot of food, and it’s so good! It’s a good restaurant for dine in spacious. And well taken care of. Clean and neat. I would highly recommend! I will be coming more often :)”

“I accidentally ordered pick up at the wrong red robin. The manager was super friendly and able to help me cancel my order and place order at this location. The hostess, Alexandra, did an amazing job helping me place a new order and brought out the food in a timely manner. Their burger was great as usual. The pretzel bites are my favorite. I also appreciate that you can order fries well done. Will definitely be back.”

“Was at the rustic fox today. Purchased the gf chocolate chip cookies. They were delicious. However the owner who was selling them was on the phone the entire time. Had to ask how much the cookies were. He said what kind of gf cookie was it then gave me the price. I purchased the cookies. He couldn’t even say thank you since he was on the phone. I thought that was pretty rude. Poor customer service”

“Best employees ever! My card blew out of my hand because of the rain/wind we were having, luckily it landed in the plants just between the first and second windows. The drive-thru worker ran out the store and around my car and grabbed it for me so I didn't have to get out. Amazing service and greatly appreciate! Food was excellent as always.”

“I ordered thru door dash because they seemed to have great prices compared to similar restaurants. I was a little hesitant since I didn't know what to expect but everything was great! The curly fries were good, I even air fried leftovers the next day. The wings were good too, I love that they have a variety of sauces. I will definitely order again”

“People and food were Amazing. Floors throughout the entire establishment were slippery though. Clean looking, but slippery. (Maybe they use the same mop as the kitchens? Not sure.) As someone who is a wheelchair user more often than not it was nerve wrecking to walk through the place.

“We decided to order from Culver’s tonight to contribute to the fundraiser for LWC. We ordered on the app to make to faster. When we arrived at the restaurant there were cars everywhere! It was crazy. We couldn’t even get close to the area for pre orders. We sat there in the long line, and my phone rang. It was one of the kids that works there asking us if we were there and what car we were in. I felt bad having him walk all the way out to our car, we were pretty far from the restaurant and it was snowing kind of hard. But the young man came out to our car with our order. He had a huge smile on his face and apologized we had to wait! I was very impressed with him, and wish I would have gotten his name. These poor kids trying to direct traffic and run orders and all with smiles on their faces. The managers should be very proud of this crew!”

“Of all the Rosati's locations I've visited, Oswego is certainty the best location. I only get one slice of pizza but that slice is always hot and fresh... ALWAYS! I live in Channahon but would go out of my way to get a slice, or whole pizza, from there. I feel like im getting more value for my dollar there.

I want to be clear that the other Rosatis locations are still very good but Oswego is exceptional.

Plus the service is great. The young lady that works the front, I think her name is Susie, is a pleasure as well. There is always a movie playing which gets me in the mood for movie nights with pizza so fantastic location.”

“The waitress was so amazing today when my taco salad came out wrong. I ordered the salad with the shredded beef but when it came to the table it had ground beef. I told her not to worry about it that I would eat it because I like the ground beef and decided to change it up today by getting the shredded beef. A few minutes later the waitress came out with a plate of the shredded beef free of charge.”

“Good hard-working fast food workers are very hard to come by and this location was very shortstaffed and this lady was handling it all and she was amazing!!!! She was Hispanic and working alone on Saint Paddy’s day!”
