Don't waste your money here. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different location. Ordered BP Iced coffee and looks life black coffe .
Ordered a caramel craze latte, didn’t have any whipped cream or caramel drizzle like it was supposed to, was filled up about half way and wasn’t even hot. Called to complain and they didn’t even answer their phone, called 4 times. It wasn’t even busy so not sure why they wouldn’t be answering their phone..

I was just at the Dunkin’ store In Oswego Illinois at the corner of 34 and 30. I ordered 2 for 4$ bagels and was supposed to get a free coffee. I had 6.53 on my Dunkin’ app gift card and $2 on the T-Mobile app gift card. I was charged for the bagels as well as 2 coffees and the manager said she was unable to give me a refund.
