I ask for less ice now every time. It makes them angry and the give me even more ice. The reason I say less ice. Is the factor that they don’t want to make more coffee and they fill my cup up full of ice. Basically giving me a small coffee with a large ice. Idk who this Dunkin. They hate there job and going to work. They take there failures for having to work there. Out on the customers. This is pour pour workman ship. Fire this whole staff. It’s not like this only happens here and there. This place has been horrible for years. Be better

Horrible service and lack of any donuts whatsoever. Every time we go to this place, they always run out of donuts. Hardly any variety! On a Sunday, you should never run out of donuts, but this location always does. So shameful and terribly run buisness and everyone in there has an attitude. Their first priority should be the customers, and it’s very evident that they don’t care about you at all. Every time you walk in there, you get the feeling that everyone is annoyed. The other Oswego one on orchard road is much better! They always have a supply on donuts. And everyone there is extremely friendly and caring! If your in the area, only go to the orchard location, or else you will be disappointed and you will regret it so much.

My kids were excited for the spider doughnuts and these looked were nothing like advertised. Also the rest of the doughnuts were lacking icing. All of them tasted dry and old. Will not be returning to this

One of the worst locations ever!! We use to come to this one for Ice coffees for convienence, since we live across the street basically. However, every single time, the cup is FULL of ice! You're basically paying for a cup of ice with a very little bit of coffee! We tried ordering ahead on the app and select less ice, but then it seems very watered down. I'm wondering if they add water to the coffee to make up for the lack off ice! Worth driving to a different location if you want a decent made coffee. What a shame.

We just picked up pumpkin muffin, and it's cold, stale, and old. I can't even eat it. That's the ONLY thing I buy from DD almost daily. Never had a problem before. Now you just lost a customer ?

Employees were friendly!!! BUTI myself have worked at Dunkin’ Donuts in my 20s so, I know how it’s run. I went in with my three-year-old because we decided to sit in , the tables were dirty, the floors were dirty and on top of everything I had to punch in my own order instead of having somebody take it. My child was being a little difficult while I was trying to put in my order it would’ve been nice if I actually had a actual person take my order. I might as will go back there and make my own coffee since I know how to use the machines. Definitely won’t be back i’d rather wait for an actual person to take my order. And yes I also wait in other stores for an actually person to take my order not machines!

Came when there was no one else in line, or in the store. The man taking our order barely listened, rushed through it and then got it wrong.

I had a pretty big order when I came through. The person at the speaker was really nice at first but seemed to get slightly irritated as my order went on. When I got to the window the employee seemed friendly still. The food and drinks were hot and fresh and tasted amazing. Overall it was a good experience over other Dunkins.

Thank you SOOO much for the stale bagels and doughnuts!! So lovely spending 19$ for 95% of our order to be stale, soo delicious and wonderful. Also, wow way to be so generous with the cream cheese. Yall really hooked us up, thanks sooo much! We really can't wait to NOT come back here again!

This Dunkin always gets the coffee order wrong, always! I do have to say their bagel bites are always hot. But the owner guy is so rude and answered the phone while we were ordering. Like what the. Go to the one by Sam’s Club instead because even the one on Douglas is a little suspicious
