I ask for less ice now every time. It makes them angry and the give me even more ice. The reason I say less ice. Is the factor that they don’t want to make more coffee and they fill my cup up full of ice. Basically giving me a small coffee with a large ice. Idk who this Dunkin. They hate there job and going to work. They take there failures for having to work there. Out on the customers. This is pour pour workman ship. Fire this whole staff. Horrible service and lack of any donuts whatsoever. Every time we go to this place, they always run out of donuts. Hardly any variety! On a Sunday, you should never run out of donuts, but this location always does. So shameful and terribly run buisness and everyone in there has an attitude. My kids were excited for the spider doughnuts and these looked were nothing like advertised. Also the rest of the doughnuts were lacking icing. All of them tasted dry and old. Will not be returning to this
