Don’t consider this place expensive and my bagels are always good and orders are made correctly. I agree about the employees, they sound indifferent and kind of impatient when taking orders, and also must repeat several times when ordering at the drive through, but it doesn’t bother me, as I guess I understand it’s not their dream job and whatever.So I will come back for my favorite bagels.And yes, I hate panera. I’m saying that as seems that almost everyone thinks important to mention what’s across the street.

I find it ridiculous that I can't find a way to add my gift cards to my Einstein account balance. No other food accounts have this problem.. who do you pay to manage/program your online member software... and maybe look elsewhere?

Took over 30 mins to get my order of two bagels. Just two bagels toasted. I went to the front and asked them to just give my bagel and I will go toast it at home myself otherwise I would probably still be waiting.Decor is outdates and the place is not clean. Employees are unenthusiastic about working there. Just go elsewhere, they will always just be apologizing instead of figuring out a system that works or hiring help.

I ordered a small hot latte and an everything bagel with garden veggie smear. Latte's milk or maybe the coffee itself tasted weird, maybe spoiled. I realized my bagel had two small black hairs within the cream cheese. I will probably not return here and would not recommend to eat here.

I believe our company ordered from here this morning for a large meeting we were having, and I just wanted to say that I am not a bagel person, but after this morning I am! I had a half of the Avocado Garden bagel (my favorite and will now go here for this item alone lol), and the other half was the turkey sausage/egg/cheese. Both were SO good!! There is actually an extra one of the avocado ones here in the fridge, that I am definitely taking home tonight!! Thank you so much!
Good food, but .... someone needs to train the staff that there is such a thing as WAY TOO MUCH cream cheese. There was a 1/2 cup of cream cheese on my sandwich. The bagel shouldn't slide around while I'm trying to eat it.

I ordered delivery & I picked The Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich. I chose the jalapeño and cheddar bagel. The beef portion was adequate for the size of the bagel. the egg was fresh and tender, fully cooked, with no option to be cooked to order. I normally order my sandwich eggs overeasy because I like the flavor and juiciness of runny egg yolk. This sandwich was perfect as is however. Fresh jalapeño slices were embedded into the melted cheese on the bagel, and provided a delightful warmth and flavor. I will order this exact combo again, a new favorite!

1st time there, loved my cinnamon raisin bagel w/plain cream cheese,all employees were very nice early in the morning..
Bagel sandwiches are yum hash browns not so much very good orange juice too
