What a truly wonderful level of customer service to be emulated by all! I will be an often repeat customer to this location in the hopes of being treated the way all in a service related industry should be engaging their consumers! Well done!“

“I received a sticker on my cup asking to fill out a survey in email. It also asked that if it's anything but 7 to send an email. Well since I didn't receive the survey in email, and the email listed on the sticker is cut off, I decided to leave a review instead. I would give this location an 8 if I could. They are so polite, so kind, willing to fix an mistake that may be made (very rarely happens) love this location! If google let me give more stars I would! 100% recommend this location to anyone!“

Whenever I'm at this store, I noticed they seem to somehow get the crankiest customers, but she and the staff always kill it. Great indoor and outdoor space too.Dietary restrictions: Great vegan milk options - oatmilk is the best!“
“I was a former regular here, left once I graduated. It's a great compact space to get work done while sipping down some delicious caffeinated goodness. Hours are fair for pretty much all but night students. Owned by Sodexo, so not the same policies or precise customer service you can expect from a corporate store (I used to get a paid refill, for about 60 cents all the time here). They do take Starbucks gift cards.“
