“It was a Monday. It was a long day at work. I need a pick-me-up in the form of 4 shots of espresso that’s yummy for my tummy. I was greeted happily and received my necessary caffeine infusion. The bathroom was clean and comfy too. I will visit here next Monday too, and the Monday after that, and any other day I am close by and crave a boost of Starbucks yumminess.“
“I have been coming to the Starbucks for over three years since I moved to the area. It is super convenient as it is centrally located in downtown Arlington Heights. It is quite small, so this is not really a place to hang out or stay but there is seating outside during the weathered months. Parking is hard to find on the ground level however, there is parking underneath that that is free.Every time I come here the staff is super nice, so no complaints there and everything moves pretty quickly. It's a great stop in between shopping or even after a meal to grab a coffee or in between errands as well.“
“I was in the Arlington Heights area recently. It was super cold outside so I decided to stop by to get a hot chocolate. Customer service was great. I don't often come to this location but if I'm ever in Arlington Heights I'll come back!“
“Ashley, a recently employed employee i believe, is literally the worst employee ever. Terrible service. I feel bad for the employees that need to work with her because the rest are the nicest people ever. Ashley never has a smile on her face and does not say hello or thank you, pretty much has 0 manners.“
“I’ve stopped at the Starbucks many times during my travels. While the parking lot is sometimes a bit tough to get into and getting back out requires a lengthy traffic light left turn, the staff is always friendly, and the service is always quick.“
