Ordered the family box online for pick up. The order was ready earlier than expected and everything was included. Asked for extra cutlery, napkins,and soy sauce. Got it all!Easy pick up. The restaurant appeared clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and acknowledged me with a "Have a good night" as I exited.
Panda Express was so good. The young lady waiting on us was very helpful and courteous. She explained the dishes to my grandchildren so they could get what they wanted and they really enjoyed them. Thank you. The restaurant was very clean and nice to dine in.Kid-friendliness: The kids love panda Express!!

Went here tonight, the girl at the drive through seemed stoned. I had to repeat each item separately 3 times. Then at the window I asked for soy sauce looking at her and she just walked away and I had to ask a second time. Then find out she gave me the WRONG FOOD and FORGOT THE CUTLETY!

Tonight I wanted my fix of Panda Express. I didn’t think they would be open at 5:00 on Christmas Eve. I was greeted by a couple of employees with smiles. They were all very pleasant even working so late on Christmas Eve.Jayden, we will pay it forward! I hope your management sees this! And I wish I would have gotten the rest of the crew’s names. I appreciated them all for being there tonight. Merry Christmas! ???
The food was Cold!!!! And it always feels like the air conditioning is blairing..they need to turn the furnace on!! I have to eat with my winter coat on & put cotton in my ears it is so freezing in the. We briught our foid home & heated it up. The food was very cold. Noodles had set too long & were so dry! Can't pull the outside doors open. They were to get them fixed but they didn't!
ordered a small order of string bean chicken. where is the chicken???? i didn’t pay almost $6 just for a bunch of green beans. won’t be back.

Nothing but constant issues at this place. Online orders magically disappear despite money leaving your account. Employees are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Go to the one in East Peoria if you want Panda Express; completely avoid the Pekin location.

This was my first time at a Panda Express. It was such a clean and good presentation of the food. I couldn't believe this was a fast food restaurant. The staff was so helpful and suggested items for a beginner like me.I can wait for tomorrow because I'm going there again for lunch.
