“My wife and I came here for our anniversary after seeing reviews for the place, and it exceeded all expectations. Even though we didn't have a reservation and they were fairly busy, they were able to seat us upstairs, where we had the room to ourselves.Everything from the appetizer to the dessert was prepared to perfection, and the staff ensured we had anything we needed without being overbearing. Everyone was friendly and helpful when it came to any questions we had regarding the menu. The prices were more than fair given how excellent each dish was.Can't recommend this place enough; my wife and I will certainly be returning when we come through the area again.“
“The atmosphere was great fulfilled with kind staff. The restaurant had great food and would definitely go back if I knew the service was better. My party had to wait for at least an hour for our food. The service was not too great; however, I feel and hope that it was just that day.“

“Mahi Mahi was great. Crayfish etoufee would have been great....except it was too spicy hot. Served with half the spice HEAT, and a bottle of spice at the table for individual tastes, would make it great. Tons of Crayfish compared to other etoufee samplings.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy. Ramps into restaurant as well as inside.“
“Our waitress was excellent. She explained the menu questions that we asked, was attentive to our needs, but not so much to be annoying. The food was delicious. The brussel sprouts were amazing. It was on the high end cost wise, but the service and food were also on the high end.“

“I visited the Fish House for the first time this past week and I had a very good dining experience there. I recommend this restaurant for its quality of food, prompt but un-rushed service, and well appointed bar.I chose to sit in the bar area and was served by a professional bartender who had obvious mastery of cocktails and different types of spirits. I ordered a Seared Tuna Appetizer and Lobster Bisque for my meal. Both were outstanding. The tuna was prepared perfectly and its presentation was enjoyable. This was also served with some freshly made rolls that I could not deny. Normally, I limit my bread intake but I these were so good that I fully consumed two or three and enjoyed every bite!Other patrons in the bar area were polite and friendly. In short, all aspects of this dining experience were positive. I will return here and I recommend it to others.“
“Ok...so the fried seafood (particularly the fish) and chicken (tenders moreso than bone in) features are primarily the prime plates of this spot. I LOVE LOVE the fried Catfish and Tilapia plates. Yummy. I'm from the South so this was an exciting Peoria find. However, with that said, here's the downsides: It's super expensive here...were talking over $20 if you want some sides and a drink. This is NOT A GREAT SPOT to take the whole family unless you just got your tax refund back and someone hit you in the head and knocked the sense out of you. And even though you're spending all that money, most dinners don't even come with simple stuff like lemon wedges and tartar sauce. Where do you do that at!? And I am not fond of the side items at all...It's about $7 for a small side of canned collard greens with absolutely no seasoning added ? Just stick with fries. The desserts were good in theory. But stale when tasted. But even with all those failures...once I get my taxes next year I'm still coming back for some of that fried fish only. Good luck guys...I'm curious to see what you think.“
“Had grilled catfish and shrimp jook box. Owner may balk at grilling the catfish cuz it can fall apart on the grill, but insist on it. It was out of this world. Seasoning was Cajun style but not blackened, just great bit of heat. Shrimp cooked just right, rice excellent too. Really enjoyed it.Hard to find though, winter entrance is back corner of building facing both Walmart and Landmark, 4 glass doors labelled "Premier Event Center."“

“Well, I decided to give "Good Taquillas" another shot.We were in luck!Alexis was back, and the place was back on track.We ordered a couple of Dos equis lager draft, and this time, it was a draft, not a bottle!We also got the fish tacos.
