Went to Applebee's on veterans day. They offered a free meal to veterans. Very touching gesture. Enjoyed the food and service. Thank you Applebee's for honoring veterans!

In a new world of places hurting for help this was also the case here. It was not as bad as sooner places but one or two more people would make the difference. Gave 4. S/B 3.5. good was average to good but of 4 people 2 walked away feeling meal was mediocre. Not fault of cook or server. But had to ask for things more than once. She was very nice but missed a couple things. Not overly pricy but almost for portion size.

this was the worst dining experience ive had in a loooooong time. super long wait. food was bad. No condiments on the table. no salt, pepper, catsup, nothing... I was shocked since ive had great everything from the pekin applebees..... If i could give it zero stars... I would. Never going back.

I should have left when I walked in and smelled the mildew but I hoped it was just the entrance. It was not and instead of actually correcting the smell, they have glad plug ins throughout the restaurant so it smells like mildew and air freshener. This isn't pleasant to smell while eating. The drinks were good but the food was cold and it we were clearly an afterthought to our waitress.The service was poor and the restaurant seemed to be fully staffed as there seemingly was a party going on in the kitchen. I wondered where the manager was and why it was aloud to go on.

3 stars for attempting service. Possibly short on staff. Slow to be greeted at table. Food was flavorful, but overcooked. Hope things improve soon.

This was a bad experience from the moment we stepped in the door. There was an odor when we walked in, the floors was all sticky, no server welcomed us for 10 minutes, took forever to take our order, and the hamburgers where raw in the middle when we tried to eat them. Would not recommend this place at all, and will never go back.

I normally love this chain however this location had me heading for the doors before I could even take a seat. I am unsure if this is temporary or considered normal however moment I walked in there was a terrible smell that caught me off guard. Almost a sewer smell. The area you wait to be seated had damp walls and floors. We waited long enough to make the best call and find somewhere eles.The staff seemed very nice but we just couldn't stay. We may try again at a later date.
Got an 8oz sirloin, asked for med rare and received a medium that wasn't far off from med well. Green beans were frozen and microwaved, the loaded mashed potatoes were cold. Restaurant smelled like a bathroom urinal. The only good thing I'd say was the dragon fruit lemonade. Service was horrible and untimely. Hate to be that guy, but it was a real let down for her more than me.

The ribeye was good, overcooked for medium rare but good otherwise but the service not so much. Took forever to get menus. Our waitress was very slow easily distracted. Was never offered a refill throughout the entire meal except when our checks were brought. Then the bathrooms were terrible. Floors filthy, stalls filthy, sink and mirror were filthy. Applebee's standards have fallen quite a bit. I remember a better restaurant growing up. I understand the labor shortage but you should still take pride in your work.

I understand that people are short handed right now. However, it takes a split second to acknowledge customers that are sitting there. Make eye contact!! At least lie to me and say you’ll be back to take my order. But nothing!!!! Yeah. Won’t be back.

As soon as you walk in it stinks. And I dont mean slightly its overwhelming. My food was okay as well as the rest of the tables. Coffee was supposed to be a fresh pot but was lukewarm when it came out. The only reason I am giving it stars is because the waitress was very good!

Our server was great, but the sewage smell was horrible. The Oriental salad tasted like vinegar was used instead of the dressing that is normally put on it and we waited for cold, weak coffee!
