I went to Sam’s Club today with an issue. The first manager at the service desk couldn’t care less and refused to help. After walking through the store I asked for another manager. I met Elise and she was very friendly and assured me she could solve my issue. Thank you Elise for helping me and not just saying too bad. So appreciative of Elise.
I cannot get anyone to answer the optical phone or the main phone. there is no answering machine. they did not measure my progressive glasses correctly and I cannot getvthem to answer the phone. I live 35 miles from the club so I would like to just call them before driving that far

My favorite thing about this Sam's Club is that you can get fresh squeezed orange juice, something I can't find at other locations no matter how hard I look! I am pretty sure it is made in store and it's always so sweet and very addicting. Great selection of products, convenient location in town, and love the four berry sundae at the food court.
