I was simply trying to call in for my husband who isn’t feeling well and who is an employee at this establishment, I’m assuming a manager answered the phone but DID NOT allow me to finishing speaking she was rude and hung up on me. !!!!!!Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!

Come for the classic roast beef. Always consistent. Treat yourself to a beef and cheddar if you've been good :)
I got the roast beef slider. The first thing I noticed was that they had gotten so much smaller. My roast beef was supper dry, no moisture at all. Will kot be going back.

Rude employees, they couldn’t get our order right.. didn’t try to fix it they just said “we repeated it back to you” my husband went inside to get the rest of our food and the guy was very rude! Never going back.

Initially, our order was completely wrong. We did not realize this until we got home. We called the store and they asked us to come back. They more than made up for their mistake. We got extra fish and even a coupon for a free fry. I understand mistakes happen, but its all about how you fix them. This store did an amazing job. Customer service at its best!

Tried to duplicate the great meal I had from the Arby's by Northwoods mall last weekend and stopped by the one out by Kohl's on my way home for a crispy chicken club wrap. Terrible this time. They didn't even cut the huge wrap in half, the tortilla is so stale that it's literally just breaking off, and the chicken inside isn't even moderately warm. The crinkle cut fries were decent. Should have know because this Arby's location is the worst in Peoria and they're always dead.Edit: thanks for the reply with a comment link that's broken ??
