Fantastic place to stop in for a high-quality espresso.I visit the Peoria area roughly once every two years, and CxT has been my go-to spot for coffee while I'm in town for the past couple of visits.Their standard house espresso (as a doppio) is part of my morning routine every day, and I haven't found an espresso to match it elsewhere in Peoria. The baristas are fantastic and knowledgeable about their products, the store is kept clean and has a nice appearance, and I've felt nothing but welcomed whenever I've come in.From the brief couple of times I've tried other drinks (a cappuccino here and there, something akin to a maple cayenne latte a couple weeks ago, etc.) they've been excellent as well, but I don't know if I'd say they're completely different than what you'd find at any other high-quality café.Anyway, I'd highly recommend CxT Roasting Company to anyone, but especially for those espresso aficionados out there.
