Fantastic place to stop in for a high-quality espresso.I visit the Peoria area roughly once every two years, and CxT has been my go-to spot for coffee while I'm in town for the past couple of visits.Their standard house espresso (as a doppio) is part of my morning routine every day, and I haven't found an espresso to match it elsewhere in Peoria. Wonderful family owned small business. One to support for sure! Love the owners, the fantastic staff and one of my main spots for specialty chocolate cocoa, lattes and tea! Yummmy goodies and very comfortable seating too.

EDIT: went back a second time and had a much better experience! Got a matcha latte and got the shots on their own, and it tasted much better on its own. The matcha was strong and the ratio was much better!Ordered a maple oat latte, and I was simply shocked. I watched the barista pull a shot that was HALF WATER which meant there was no coffee flavor, and then the syrup was so plasticky and artificial tasting.
