Well I don't like giving bad reviews, yet KFC has been around forever. This particular one on Western is not hospitable to their customers. I waited over 16 minutes for the chicken to get when she came to the window I tried to make things appear ok. She seemed to be having a bad moment or 5. When I received my meal it was nothing like it should have been. I was so upset. I vowed not to go back to that one their very ride.Parking: Parking is the only thing they have that's good. I also recommend ordering ahead of time. That is when they give a little care.

Full wait on chicken....@ 730 no other cars. This place is open until 11. LOBBY stays open until 10 been at least 3 people knocking trying to get in. We are at twenty minutes at this point. Now at the 25 minute mark the guy who's working on the car outside who showed up after we had already been waiting. Brings the food out holding it sideways in the bag. Tossing it in the window. This franchise owner and his employees suck.

The worst KFC I've ever experienced, spent $67.00 on old chicken, old potatoes, and cold fries. Called tonight at 7pm to ask for a corporate number and the person on the phone identified herself as the GM argued with me and told me the chicken was good she cooked it. Kept arguing with me and then asked me for the receipt. I told her I had the $67 charge on my online banking she could see and she told me no it has to be the original receipt. I again asked for a corporate number and she said "1-800-KFC" I said that's not enough numbers she said that's all she knows. When I asked her name she hung up on me. Horrible food and horrible service! I'm done with KFC, I'll never go to a KFC again! Popeyes is now #1. Shame on you KFC for have a "GM like this" scraping the bottom of the bucket I see!

Stopped in for a #7 pot-pie combo (x2) and were informed it was not available. Love that at the dinner hour. We substituted another meal choice & took our HOT food into the dining room. There was no heat, and it wouldn't be serviced for another day. 20° outside, the dining room was 58° and from chairs, tables, and tile floors were like a walk-in freezer. We left & warmed our food later. When I called today to kindly report the conditions, a morning manager by the name Kim was a complete boor : no apology. Seems like she missed "Public Relations 101" during her training. Avoid this franchise location.

Not happy I ordered $20 fill up box only received 4 pieces of chicken not 6. I tried to call and complain Phone is busy I've tried numerous times Phone off the hook maybe the mashed potatoes and coleslaw were only in single serving size container

Went to KFC on Western in Peoria and the food was terrible! Paid over $10 for a 2 piece white....the chicken was not fresh and only got the flat and tip...not even the whole wing....they've got to do better to stay in business....KFC used to be #1 in my book...not anymore....

We went through the drive thru was told truck had not come so they had limited sides the speaker was horrible could barely understand the man … the chicken was way over cooked in old grease … we asked for fries and Mac and cheese was handed mashed potatoes and fries with 8 small over cooked (salty) pieces of chicken.. we will not be going back to this location this is worst KFC we have been to
