Horrible, dry, old food. Second try with them, we are DONE! Only good thing was they are always nice but out of food each time or we get nasty old food. No more, save your $ go elsewhere!
Full wait on chicken....@ 730 no other cars. This place is open until 11. LOBBY stays open until 10 been at least 3 people knocking trying to get in. We are at twenty minutes at this point. Now at the 25 minute mark the guy who's working on the car outside who showed up after we had already been waiting. Brings the food out holding it sideways in the bag. Tossing it in the window. This franchise owner and his employees suck.

Well I don't like giving bad reviews, yet KFC has been around forever. This particular one on Western is not hospitable to their customers. I waited over 16 minutes for the chicken to get when she came to the window I tried to make things appear ok. She seemed to be having a bad moment or 5.
