This should not be in a category of fast food. The service is the slowest I have seen in a while. There were three self Kiosks, two of them did not work. So it took a while to order. And then we waited for about 30 minutes. The servers/employees did not even come out of kitchen so you don’t even know if your order is coming or not. It wasn’t as if it was crowded. There were only about 5 groups. When finally the steak burgers came, they were so greasy. The place was clean but the service was slow and nonexistent.

Seriously, the Double Steakburger with Cheese and Fries for just $4.99? Best deal around. And the shakes... Nutella is amazing, and their seasonal specialty shakes are to die for... Oreo Pumpkin? Amazing. Red Velvet during Valentines is one I'm looking forward to when it comes back! One of the most underrated places around for a great meal at a great price.

The store smells like body over as soon as you walk in, ordered my food waited 15 minutes for a simple single cheeseburger and fries.... And it came out cold I ain't happy... Never again steak 'n shake never

Don’t know what was going on yesterday. My son and I went in for lunch. The moment we opened the door. There was a horrible smell of sewer gas. We walked to the kiosk, and there was a major spill a couple of cups laying on the floor, soda and water all over the floor, the smell was so bad I looked at my son. I said we’re not eating here and we left. There is just something wrong with this location.

Both coffee and shake order missed by staff manager is very polite but after 40 min, left still with no coffee and recieved shake at end of meal.
