Used the kiosk inside and I waited over 20 minutes for my two meals and two drinks. They incorrectly made BOTH meals but I only caught that one of the orders was wrong. They issued a refund and remade the tacos that were supposed to be supreme, and they were still plain tacos... service plus accuracy of the food was all wrong.Despite the refund I am very dissatisfied.

Waited, waited and waited at the registers, if you don't want me to order at the register the least you can do is put up a note that says please use the keosk instead of putting up a fake front. Order finally in it was up quickly and correctly. Next came the drink station that was fairly clean and operational. Then the dining room.......after the 3rd table that was sticky we finally sat down and used our paper bag as placemats. Overall not a terrible experience but not at all a pleasing one either.

Quick drive-thru. No eye contact or verbal communication other than handing my card and food, "here's that...and here's that." This is yhe best of the 3 soft taco supremes in my order. I am very much surprised with quality of food at this tacobell....it has amazing service from staff. Even the food is excellent because of their extra effort in preparation.
The two young men playing round cracking jokes making the manager mad because they was skipping orders. Been waiting 15 mins on 4 items. still haven’t gotten my drink absolutely worst service I’ve ever had in the fast food. Drive through worker is really nice and helping out jumping in when she can. Absolutely terrible the general manager has had to jump in an help yet in still waiting for my food going on 25 mins
