Called an order in for delivery, girl on the phone completely turned me off to the place. Absolutely did not want to be there. Very short over the phone, very unenthusiastic, kind of rude really. I don't normally complain, but this was just bad service...

IVY WAS EXCELLENT!! WENT ABOVE N BEYOND TO TAKE EXTRA TIME OUT TO LISTEN TO US SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT N SO TRUSTING N PURE.. SOMETHING THE YOUNGER GENERATION COULD LEARN FROM HER. SHE WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR.
