The new restaurant Waves is awesome! The owners can't be nicer. The best italian bread in the entire Illinois Valley area made fresh daily. The Italian beef is to die for. Just as good as Chicago's. The Cobb salad has real bacon. Can't stay enough about the banana pudding. Must try it. We'll definitely be back.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Was there with a large tables Everyones food was HORRIBLE!! I ordered a roast beef sandwich and was not edible. The atmosphere was also really bad. You would think management would empty out the disgusting buckets filled with cigarette butts. The whole table said they will never go there again.

This is a hidden gem. Bar is open to the public. Staff is great, especially Shelly (a real pro server!) and Kristin working the bar.View is great... overlooking the Illinois River. Prices were fair. I did feel that the food from Tony's Butt Shack was a leaving a bit to be desired.I got the pulled chicken: it was so fatty and all dark meat I could barely touch it. My friend ordered Pork, looked like schnitzel, but he thinks was also served chicken (and he's a foodie).The staff saved the star rating on this one.

Seems like a pretty legit club. A bit pricey for what I am looking for right now BUT cheaper than Spring Valley. Since I'm only looking for boat launching and storage though I'll be staying in utica.
