This is a hidden gem. Bar is open to the public. Staff is great, especially Shelly (a real pro server!) and Kristin working the bar.View is great... overlooking the Illinois River. Prices were fair. Seems like a pretty legit club. A bit pricey for what I am looking for right now BUT cheaper than Spring Valley. Since I'm only looking for boat launching and storage though I'll be staying in utica.

The new restaurant Waves is awesome! The owners can't be nicer. The best italian bread in the entire Illinois Valley area made fresh daily. The Italian beef is to die for. Just as good as Chicago's. The Cobb salad has real bacon. Can't stay enough about the banana pudding. Must try it. We'll definitely be back.
