“The donuts here are great. The girls up front could work on their customer service skills a little bit. When you walk up to the counter, they just stare at you until you start talking. How about greeting the customer and saying hello at least. Then saying “what can I get for you?”“
“I came for an event hosted with Plainfield Library. Cute layout of pictures of Chicagoland concert venues. One side is the bar/Cafe while the other is the records and merchandise. Plenty of parking as it's located in a strip mall. One bathroom inside. They carry local craft beers. Fun coffee drinks too, but since I came in the evening, I didn't try any of those. Cute spot!“
“We LOVE this place! I've been here multiple times now and every time the food and drinks have been delicious. The seasonal drinks are always fun and different...I recently had a violet vanilla latte from the spring menu and I've wanted to go back and get another one every day since. Ive had a few food items....they have a good selection of fun avocado toasts and sandwiches. Top fvaes are the goat cheese sandwich and the avocado toast with nuts and honey. The building itself is on the smaller side...very cute little cafe vibes but just remember that if you plan on bringing a wheelchair or a stroller. They sell merch and even have some dog biscuits for purchase from what looks to me to be local businesses, which I love. Parking isn't too bad...you need to be a parallel queen (I am not) for the street parking or you can just drive down a street or two and make a right by the bird and board game shop to find the free parking lot. But as far as coffee goes, this place is worth it for the flavors and quality.Vegetarian options: Lots of pastries and avocado toasts to choose from that are vegetarian and delicious.Dietary restrictions: Dairy-free available.Parking: Be prepared to parallel park if there is street parking. Otherwise you can drive down a street and make a right to the free parking lot that is available. It's a tiny walk, not an issue at all on a nice day.Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome. Stroller was a snug fit but we made it happen. Not much to distract them so bring a toy or a book if you want to enjoy your coffee.Wheelchair accessibility: Not entirely easy to get a wheelchair in the doorway. Very small entrance and it's not super big inside.“
“I tried this place out for the first time on Friday. Super clean and nicely decorated. The employee was polite and extremely helpful with answering any questions I had about the menu items. The shamrock protein shake was really good! I'll be back soon ?☘️“
“Customer service was great! I went into the store and placed a mobile order at a different location and they made the coffee for me to replace the coffee so I didn’t have to drive to the other location. Made my day and it was greatly appreciated! Will return to this location.“
“Its fine, same as every other Starbucks. The drive thru here is pretty odd. The entrance is way back away from the building. And don't even think about turning left out of the lot. Too much traffic. Above average and nice atmosphere and building though.“
“I truly wish I could give higher than 5 stars for service, because the person who helped me today was one of the single nicest people I have ever met. I had a really rough morning and I generally wasn’t feeling great so I decided to go order a hot tea, something I haven’t ever done at a Starbucks. I had no clue what I wanted or how much honey I wanted in it and she was more than willing to help me out. She even told me if i didn’t like said drink, I could come through the drive thru again and she’d remake it. To whoever helped me out today, I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, but shoutout to whoever was running the drive thru at 2:19 on October 30th, you’re rad.“
“Love going here. They have good tasting coffee and will make a design in the coffee and serve in a mug (which not all places do now). They have some board games here too for public use. Cozy and comfortable place, and staff members are also really nice.“
