Black Dog Vinyl Cafe is easily one of the more unique places in the area. Their coffee menu is creative and has some unique elements making it worth checking out. The selection of records there for sale seems to have been curated in such a way that it should appeal to those who love to hunt down some cool wax. Wasn't sure what to expect the first time here it was really cool!!! Some good music drinks you can order food from local places right across the lot or bring your own food. Now, to the WOW! factor of the night, this kid must me 12 or 13. I forgot to ask, he KILLED IT!!!! I'm adding a couple of his pics and info I got from his dad. I came for an event hosted with Plainfield Library. Cute layout of pictures of Chicagoland concert venues. One side is the bar/Cafe while the other is the records and merchandise. Plenty of parking as it's located in a strip mall. One bathroom inside. They carry local craft beers. Fun coffee drinks too, but since I came in the evening, I didn't try any of those. Cute spot!
