Been buying pizza from here for the last couple of years and it has always been amazing. My family is a huge fan of their pan style pizza. We ordered a large cheese and sausage from them and when I got home immediately seemed like this pizza was different. It didn't have the same look or smells that's it has in the past. My family and I started to dive in and almost immediately my wife notice her sausage was still raw on the inside. Almost every single piece of pizza on that pie was not fully cooked. As we got into the middle of the pizza, the pie was so doughy and not cooked properly that those center pieces were pretty much unedible. That night both my wife and I had very bad stomach issues and were feeling very sick. Definitely bummed out as this has been my favorite pizza place in the area.

I rolled in after 14 hrs driving day n asked for a couple slices...she said we don't do slices...I only had 10 minutes left so I ordered from a different place. This is thee Only pizza joint who doesn't believe in pizza slices for on the run workers..

Their thin crust is mediocre at best and forgettable. However, their famous deep dish is absolutely fantastic. It has a thick, yet incredibly light, buttery, and flaky crust that lets you eat a few slices without feeling like you have a lead balloon inside of you. The sauce, at least to me, was different/better on the deep dish compared to the thin which is good. Plus, a square cut deep dish is unique, giving your some messy but delicious inside slices. Skip the thin, get the thick here.

Huuuuuuuuge disappointment. I have not been here for quite some time. I guess it's been sold. Anyway, I ordered SPAGHETTI with a side of sausage. No where does it say the "spaghetti" they serve is only Angel hair pasta. I can't stand Angel hair. It's mushy and gross. The pictures they have online and on DoorDash show regular spaghetti. This is a mess. $17 for mushy Angel hair pasta. No bread comes with it either. They provided no plastic ware. No napkins. Never again. One and done.

We ordered from here last night and was very disappointed. Online we ordered a deep dish, they called quickly to inform us that it was out of stock and did we want something else. We ended up getting 2 medium pizzas which they did give us a discount on. The one pizza has supposed to have Italian beef, I had to search for the very few pieces they put on it. We ordered the wings, the sauce was good but the wings breading was mushy like they weren't fried or baked enough. I ordered the cheesy garlic bread and included pictures of what it showed online and what we got. We paid for marinara sauce and blue cheese but didn't get it, and no one answered when I called because they closed at 9:30, and our pizza was delivered around 9:35. Was hoping for great pizza from the comments but was left disappointed.

This place is amazing! The owners are so kind and welcoming. They make you feel like family. The food is beyond tasty! The pizza is so flavorful and enjoyable. The crust is soft yet crispy with a light buttery taste. The side items are served hot and fast. I’m definitely going to frequent Luigi’s in Plainfield, IL.
