Large birthday party, 10 people plus a baby fabulous service. Great food as usual. We had a wonderful time.Kid-friendliness: Good menu very reasonable for kids like 6.00 a meal pizza, chicken tenders fries etc.

My wife and I went there to celebrate my birthday. We both had Shrimp Alfredo. Sarah was our waitress and was very nice, courteous, and provided us good service. Food, Salad and desert were very good also. Will definitely go back sometime in the near future.

The 2 hostess girls were rude and dismissive towards me and my partner, they didn't greet us & The 1 girl had an attitude immediately upon seeing us, she wouldn't even look at us. Our table was ready and instead of calling our name- like she did with the 2 groups in front of us, we got a text even tho we were 4ft away, she was looking at us over her shoulder with stank face. Weird girls, bad vibes. Once we were seated, it took 15 minutes to get water, salad didn't come out till our food came out and we had to keep reminding our waiter of items. Bad service.
Used to be my favorite. Last, three times food is not acceptable. Cold & burned my nacho's. Only 3 had topping on them. Never order from here again. Previous 2 times my combo meal was cold. Must have sat before bringing foot. Chilis food & menu has really gone down hill. Won't be back to morries. Keep dining & Oswego. Service & food is always great!!

This place is bigger than some. They're always busy, but you can join the wait list online. We always get the Zuppa Toscano soup. We also ordered toasted ravioli. I had the chicken marsala fettuccine and my husband got the 5 cheese ziti al forno. Everything was good with plenty left over.

Really enjoyed the experience and staff.Vegetarian options: You can create your own pasta meal without meat.
Third time at this Olive Garden and never a floor manager around. Employees distracted and with no sense of urgency.Waited 5 mins for the hostess that came out the back with a mouthful of food. Sat down and waited about ten minutes until I flagged someone down. The server walked by and said hello, then didn’t come back. So we left to Texas Roadhouse down the street where we were greeted by multiple hostess and sat right away with some bread rolls and sweet butter. Server Ryan came out immediately and took our drink order. Now I’m about to eat a big fat steak. Mind you I had to deal with a hungry wife up until now.
