This location is a joke. I’ve visited twice first thing in the morning and both times my order was incorrect. The first time I visited, I ordered an everything bagel and they gave me a sesame bagel instead. The second time I visited, I ordered a plain bagel and I received a blueberry bagel. This is such a simple order, if they cannot get this right I will not order from here for lunch or dinner. Either the staff is clueless or the manager needs to retrain their staff. How in the world do you mess up a simple order two times in a row. I’m done, I’ll reiterate this location is a joke.

Love this location. I always find all the types of bagels I need and they are always soft and fresh even in the afternoon. The service is efficient and friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfy. Love it!Vegetarian options: I would love to see more vegetarian options and well as some seafood items too. Really miss the Clam Chowder Soup.

Good wasn't bad but boy they sure have cut costs on quality. Apple Salad had no apples! . Dried apple chips The side of chips was almost sample size tiny bag of potato chips. Glad I wasn't hungry or I would have been really mad for price we paid.
The margarita pizza was horrible. Tomato soup on it instead of sauce. It was a yucky slurpy mess.

Worst experience ever had.I ordered 2 dozen and a half bagels and dozen cookies, before picking up my order confirmed twice if everything is good with the order and got a reply saying "My manager put the order together, it should be good. I get back to home and find half a dozen bagels missing and none of the bagels sliced, where in my order it clearly said that I needed it sliced and toasted.I went back to the store and informed about my missing order and the MANAGER was called in, forget about being apologetic she was so RUDE, her behavior was like I came in store begging for something. I was just asking for my missing order. She was like "yeah you are missing 4 bagels". Why am I even missing a single in the first place. I should be getting what I ordered.I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from this place, if you want to be robbed go for it.Matter of fact it is not about 4 bagels it is about how your behavior with the customer.
