“Ordered online and when food arrived was missing part of my order. Called the 800 number and they said they would issue me a refund. What about my food? They said I would have to reorder the food that was missing. That's ridiculous, someone should bring me the food that is missing. They can't do that, I would have to reorder. Grrrr....so I get on the site again and I can't reorder because the item that was missing was not over $10 . So I called the store and this nice lady answered and I told her the issue. She talked with her manager and she informed me that her manager would be bringing the food to me in about 10-15 mins. I just wanted to give them a nice review. I have had one hell of a week and they restored my faith in humanity. I understand everyone makes mistakes, we are human, just make it right! They did and I am very grateful. Well done Oasis Panda“
“It's near impossible to find good Chinese food in Winnebago and Boone County. Panda is tucked away in the Poplar Grove area across from the Candlewick entrance. Atmosphere is low because it's definitely a take out restaurant. However, the kitchen is 100% visible and you see all of the goings-on in the making of their orders. I like this because they are a very clean restaurant. The food is typically ready in 10-15 minutes and the people are nice. The hot and sour soup is made to order and the crab rangoon are wonderful. From my experiences in the area, best Chinese food around.“
