“Panda Express is my favorite fast food place, so I always go anytime I'm near one, because there isn't one near me. The service was very friendly. The line was LITERALLY all the way around the perimeter of the inside. Insane amount of people, but I think the staff did well, considering, and also still have great customer service. I got the honey sesame chicken and beef and broccoli with white rice. The honey sesame chicken was DELICIOUS, but the beef in the broccoli and beef was pretty gross. It was the first time I haven't liked a dish from there. The broccoli was good, but the beef was really fatty and the texture was weird.“
“I have always loved Lung Fungs 2 . Today I stopped to get egg drop soup, generator sou chicken and fried rice. Everything was amazing but the general sou. The general sou was salty and didn’t taste like general at all. Yes I ordered it not spicy but I didn’t expect it not to have any flavor other than salt.“

Packed the shrimp fried rice completely and crab ragoon had a good number in the order. Delivery driver followed instructions in my order and was friendly upon delivery. Expensive but delivery usually is.“

“Not sure what is up with the negative reviews. This is solid Chinese take out and my hubs and I order it on nights when we are too tired to cook. We have done pick up from the window and delivery to our home. The food is always hot, tasty, accurate, and delivered quickly/ready on time. The price is right and the food is great. My go to is the cashew chicken, but I also love the Mongolian beef and any flavor of the lo mein and fried rice. My husbands go to is the ham fried rice and the sweet and sour chicken. We both love the egg rolls, soups, chicken sticks, and rangoon. This is by far the best Happy Wok location.“

“I saw some of the bad reviews on here and I do not understand them. Four of us went there on a Friday afternoon at 2:30. I have to admit I was a little apprehensive because I have learned that when you go at that time of day on a weekday, usually the food is dried out from lunch and not turned over much. I was delightfully surprised that even though the only customers at the time was our table and another table with two people, the food was absolutely fresh and very very tasty! The staff was nice and attentive, but most of all the food was on point! Every time I go out to Belvedere to see my sister we will be going to City buffet for sure! Good job City buffet!“
“I enjoyed the cashew chicken, and it was a good portion for the price.This was a convenient place for lunch while we were out for a walk. There was no other customer inside so we felt safe (from covid) dining in. This is a good take-out place, not a place where you should expect dine-in service beyond getting the food you ordered. In fact, although we ordered for "here," it was served in Styrofoam. The women's washroom was very dirty as if it has not been thoroughly cleaned in months. I would order to-go next time.Note that the many Happy Wok restaurants in Rockford are each independently owned and operated. Although they may have similar menu items, the quality, portion, and price will be different from each establishment.“
“Shrimp fried rice extra shrimp and bean sprout was evident. Shrimp chop suey has light creamy sauce. Shrimp egg foo young was in a light thin sauce. When in the Rockford area looking for Chinese food, this is one go to for many. Continuous flow of customers.“
