They prepare food and clean at the same time. As in they do NOT wash their hands in between. I watched this man scoop up food with the nugget container, sweep, then right after continue to prepare more orders and dump trash from the dustpan right next to the orders being made. There were enough people in there that he didn’t need to do both. Even if there weren’t, that is disgusting. Picking up trash from the floor and barehanded making food. Not ONCE washing hands.

The food, atmosphere and speed of service are all great here but the only thing that hurts is that the price of the value menu items have gone up. So there is no real value menu anymore.

I ordered a meal and got a side of attitude and rudeness from the morning cashier. Can’t even ask a question without her being offended. 3rd time this happened. I’ll go back to McDonalds from now on. Why have an attitude towards a customer you don’t even know. And I agree with the other reviewers. They have you pull up to the window then back up behind the window then pull back up. Every single time.

the most horrific fast food experience. they gave me burnt bacon, forgot my dressing for my salad and even had old lettuce in it, cold fries and to top it all off they didn’t even hand me my food through the window but they made me go inside ??? do not go here ! you can be the nicest person and they give you the worst attitude for no reason … ?♀️

Missing chicken nuggets for both biggie bigs… son kids meal had a burger instead chicken nugget. And Our Spicy Chicken meal had tomato on it .. when we asked for none ?♂️ ?♂️ ?♂️.
The Cashier Cut me off while ordering and was vey impatient the food was cold and they just threw it in a bag. Once you get to the drive through window to order They ask you to pull behind a white pole after they take your Oder then pull back to the window.
