I ordered on the mobile app and instead of a big bacon single I received a single with a very small piece of lettuce, a small piece of tomato, and a small piece of onion. And no bacon. I also ordered two bacon double stacks, only one of which had bacon. The fries were cold. I tried to contact Wendy's with a chat bot on its app, but that doesn't seem to be working. There's a big sign at the second drive thru window that says No Cash Refunds, and now I see why they need that sign...read full review

The food, atmosphere and speed of service are all great here but the only thing that hurts is that the price of the value menu items have gone up. So there is no real value menu anymore.
