Several of the ice cream tubs had melted and refrozen. Baseball nut was awful. It had a large white ice chunk. I got Chocolate Royals and tasted it and it had coconut in it. I went back in to tell them it was the wrong ice cream and they said it was Chocolate Royale. I said that kind doesn’t have coconut. The girl who scooped it said that’s it. I said do you have German Chocolate? Another girl said yes and then another more knowledgeable girl said yes and pulled the ice cream out and it was German Chocolate. I got another chocolate flavor, but not what I wanted. My husband’s baseball nut waffle cone was oval shaped and we thought that was strange. We left and the cone was stale and soft. They were out of spoons and offered us a fork or hot pink sample spoon . My chocolate ic was in a cup and needed a spoon. The girls were sweet and all this was probably the manger’s responsibility, but we won’t be back. Looks like all reviews are negative.

Drove into town, pulled up into their drive-thru and waited 30 minutes for them to open per the sign on their drive-thru menu. The workers showed up five minutes late and told us they were closed even though the sign said they would be back open at 9 am.

horrible. would not take our order after standing in line for 15 minutes. was told the last two times I've been here that they had a gluten free donut. this time they said they didn't have those. which is it? you can't fuck around when someone has a gluten allergy. sometimes a girl has a donut craving. what the f are you even doing

This place has lost our business multiple times to the point where I am done trying to come to this location. On multiple occasions the doors were locked and you could only order through drive-thru. I am not setup to be able to use a drive-thru in my vehicle and besides, who wants to try and choose from 31 flavors from the drive-thru. I will not be coming back here again.

I've tried to go to Baskin Robin's in Quincy 4 times now and even though the sign will show Open, the doors are always locked. I see staff inside and they act like they can't see us at the door. The last time we went was May 21, 2023 we called the phone number on the door and no one answered. Why have the sign on and have your doors locked?

I have come twice in the last two weeks, my first time ever trying to come here to get ice cream and they do not have chocolate ice cream. They do not have a sign anywhere stating this, and I am stuck behind three vehicles waiting to leave the drive-through, for the second time… No chocolate ice cream really. And the staff is quite rude about it also.

Customer service is terrible. Employees are ruining the Dunkin and Baskin Robbins name. Drinks are inconsistent and employees are rude. They also don't care if customers are happy. Employees act as if they don't care about customers. Isn't that why they have a job?
I was in at the Basket and Robins side today. I was SO DISGUSTED!!! As we walked up to the counter there is a young boy crawling on the counter and hanging all over the ice cream window. Ohhhhh NO it was not a customers kid. A worker because he scooped them ice cream in huge bowls and they all walked to the back. ANNNNNNND OF COURSE the people behind the counter were laughing and standing around?? This was my last ever coming here

This store always seems to have issues between using the wrong ice cream flavor on pre ordered ice cream cakes and now on DoorDash they let me place an order and then told the driver when he went to pick it up they it had to be ordered days in advance. Why is it on their doordash if it can’t be ordered? When he asked if they had literally ANYTHING to substitute it with they shrugged it off and told him to try ordering online. Absolutely worthless.

Been to this place twice once for cookie dough ice cream and didn't have any said there very limited what they have available and then I did a door dash order and the door dash order had 4 items and the guy at counter couldn't fill any of the orders said none of that stuff was available at there store ?? worst place to get ice cream the previous Baskin Robbins had all kinds of ice cream all the time this one sure went down hill better off going to dairy queen
