Drove into town, pulled up into their drive-thru and waited 30 minutes for them to open per the sign on their drive-thru menu. The workers showed up five minutes late and told us they were closed even though the sign said they would be back open at 9 am.
This place has lost our business multiple times to the point where I am done trying to come to this location. On multiple occasions the doors were locked and you could only order through drive-thru. I am not setup to be able to use a drive-thru in my vehicle and besides, who wants to try and choose from 31 flavors from the drive-thru. I will not be coming back here again.

Several of the ice cream tubs had melted and refrozen. Baseball nut was awful. It had a large white ice chunk. I got Chocolate Royals and tasted it and it had coconut in it. I went back in to tell them it was the wrong ice cream and they said it was Chocolate Royale. I said that kind doesn’t have coconut. The girl who scooped it said that’s it.
