Rate 0 was told pizza would be ready at 705 pm got there at 705 pizza wasn't started there was 2 ahead of me that he was working on. Cashier was giving excuses this kid was new manager doesn't schedule enough help. Excuses are like a holes every one has one. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. This manager needs to be fired. This Casey's used to be halfway decent not anymore

Ordered a pizza tonight they said it would be an hour … my husband just went to pick it up and they said it would be another half hour … not happy.. a phone call would of been nice before driving to town ..

I love the Casey's by my house the people are super friendly and helpful and never rude. Wish they had more room and could increase their stock though.

I've been to this Casey's a few times. During the day it's usually packed because of the area it is located at. But we ordered pizza from here and the staff called us because our ordered sounded weird, which it was because I pressed something without knowing. So we were thankful that they had called to double check with us. The staff was really nice to us and were helpful. The pizza turned out great, which is also a plus.

I ordered through the app for delivery and they use door dash for deliveries. Someone came in pretending to be a dasher and took my food. They did NOT verify the order with the dasher and let them take it. When we tried to speak with them about it they were rude and disrespectful and told me it wasn't there problem.

Asked about my pizza because I was curious and it was 15 mins after it was promised. Got attitude despite me trying to be polite. Go to the one on 24th. It’s cleaner, better food, and courteous staff.

Dont order delivery there some disrespectful employee and they made us wait over an hour never delivered it and we called and they said we had to come pick it up and they took 4 dollar delivery fee and the employee was snarky and rood while we tried to explain to her that we got delivery and not pick up she said for us to not talk to her in that tone
