The girls working the day we went didn't talk much. One stood at the checkout, did not greet us just waited for our order. The other girl in the kitchen making food had long hair that was not tied back (not sure if that's a requirement). Both girls took turns setting stuff on the counter but did not say what it was or who it belonged to as we had 4 different people ordering items. They seemed overwhelmed and under trained. Used the mobile app to order. Drive thru to pick up. Service was slow. Order wasn't accurate. Taste was good but looked like a mess. Young woman at window was frustrated. Management needs to step it up!

I think sometimes in the morning the staff is just waking up too so be patient. It is worth the wait and it's never super long iced coffee a bit weak at times but ask for a shot of espresso problem
