Waited for 40 min for my food!!! 1 person working and the other person stood around like a lost puppy doing nothing.. There were 4 people that were in line/ordered.. 1 couple left, paid for food and didn't get it, got tired of waiting. Low staff, average food, high in pricing!. If you have A LOT of time to waste for poor service, food, and want to pay high $.. This is your place.

Just left our local Firehouse Sub store. I was the only customer there. Two employees talking at the cash register. I stood there for 5 minutes. Was not even acknowledged. Their conversation was not work related. I left.

This place is extremely dirty. Especially the machines that vend the drinks. I suggest a deep clean. Employees look all depressed which makes sense if there’s a lot of work to do.
Tried Firehouse Subs for the first time & got a Hook & Ladder which was absolutely awesome! My buddy got a Steak and Cheese that looked great. Two combo meals with tax came to $22. This place blows the doors off of Jimmy John's & Subway. Great food, good prices. Less than going thru the drive thru and mucho gooder!

The food is absolutely wonderful! I had a large Italian and it was absolutely perfect. The other sub shops have nothing on this. I got a discount for being a volunteer fireman (not why I chose to join) and I appreciate that gesture so very much. Then I see you can buy pickle buckets and there are multiple stations throughout the shop where you can drop donations to help first responders get much needed equipment without raising taxes on people who don't have extra! Heck the lady at the counter even asked if I'd like to round up the price of my order to help our first responders out. It was a little noisy in there. The floor plan is very open and there is nothing to dampen the sound. It has an effect on the charm of the place. You have to try them out to understand. I sure hope you will stop by, round up your order and ask if they have a pickle bucket!
