7 am and nobody showed up to work. Sad. Will need to get a refund since the mobile app accepted my order and took my money even though nobody was at the store when they should have been. Crazy that you can’t even rely on people to show up to work these days. This is the only good store in town so hopefully they haven’t gone down the drain like the 9th St location (worst ever) but it appears they have.

Consistently the worst Tacobell I've ever been to. The food is always either cold or stale. Trying to bite into my burrito, felt like I was trying to eat a piece of soggy cardboard. Absolutely unacceptable.

Place was dirty, floor, table and bathrooms looked as if they had not been cleaned for weeks. I witnessed one employee reach inside her pants with a glove on, scratch her butt then return with dirty hand to prepare food.

Got there around 1 and no one would even acknowledge they seen us. Had to ask to get my order of which the girl had a bad attitude about. The place was filthy and my order was wrong and half cold.

Didn't give us cups. No one some too counter too give me one. Had too yell at them too get help. Tables were very Dirty with food. I'm done with them.

There was hoodlum just chillin. Mr.Grey’s pants were saggin, like one of those people. Worst of all I had to order off a screen. There was hooting and a hollerin in the kitchen. the experience as a whole as could be dumbed to one word, Fuji. I would rather spend hours with bill cosby than to cross the threshold into to the hell hole that is called Taco Bell (Breakfast). The food was good.

My husband tried to order a meal at Taco Bell is Quincy, Illinois today around 1:30 (Nov. 15, 2023) after waiting and watching 2 women (employees) talking to each other at the drive through window - one finally turned around after looking at him twice and said said -Do you need something? He said yes I wanted to order. She told him that there was only 3 of them and they were busy ( mind you he had just listened to them chatting to each other) they would be with him in a bit. He said never mind I will go somewhere else that has time to take my order and left. 10 minutes had passed during his time waiting until he left. He went to McDonalds and got waited on immediately.
