Staff was rude. We asked for 2 lanes, the kid said no. Gave us a broken lane. (We went a week before and they gave us the same lane #23 was acting the same way!) The scoring machine was counting six pins as a spare. The 7 pin wouldn't stay set. Balls stuck in the back of the lane, and staff wouldn't get them, let them sit and spin.When we asked for a different lane, the kid at the counter said no and walked away. We suffered through two frames, then asked for our money back and went to the Casino Lanes (highly recommend Casino!!! STAFF AND FACILITIES WERE AMAZING!!) When we asked for our money back they said they couldn't and had to leave our information for the owner to call me.

Not a family friendly atmosphere, at all.My 4 year old accidentally rolled a ball down the wrong lane, getting it stuck in the gutter.. The kid working the desk walked by, asked "is there a reason that ball is down there?" grabbed the ball from the gutter and walked away with it, not even offering it back to my son.Prices were also not consistent.If you like to drink & bowl -- it's the place for you. There is zero tolerance for young children.It was a first and last for us! We will take our kids elsewhere to bowl!

The bowling experience here is atrocious. Lanes break down constantly and bowling balls come back damaged. League bowlers take significantly longer to bowl because of their either lack of desire or ability to fix problems. It's a bowling alley, you should be able to get through a single game without having to call or walk up front to report a mechanical problem.Fix your lanes.

My whole family loves to bowl here!!! Mondays are $1 days...$1 per game and shoe rental!!! The food from the snack bar is amazing and very reasonably priced!!! Love the fact that they have a jukebox and can play anything you want!!! My kids really enjoyed the photo booth!!! The staff here are very friendly, polite, and helpful!!! We always look forward to bowling here and will definitely always be our first choice!!!!
