I like the place and the food here is great it's just that it takes forever for them to prepare your food even if you place an order online. Be prepared to stay in line for a while waiting. I find myself having to leave for work extra early if I want to get here and get my food and get to work in time. They need to do better with getting the food done faster but other than that it's great.
So happy this location opened up! I love their smoothies, but especially appreciate the employees here. They work very hard to make their customers happy, even on days where it’s clear that there’s a lot going on. Special shoutout to DIONNA, who is always so hardworking and friendly, and often the first person to greet me by name when I walk in. It’s small things like that which truly make a difference. I look forward to many returns!

I did not initially write a review because I know sometimes one time may be an anomaly. However, I’m writing one now because it must be the norm to have to wait for online orders although you are given a pickup time online. I was so glad to have a smoothie place right by the house.
