They never have what I want every time I come and you wait so long in line just for them to tell you they don’t have what you want I’ll start back going to the Tinsley park location and it suck’s because this location is up the street from me.

They are rude in there in the morning. My husband went to get us some on a Sunday and we didn't know that they don't open until 10 AM. When he asked the staff at the door what time they opened twice they completely ignored him and acted like he shouldn't even be there instead of answering the question. We've been there plenty of times and we like the food products but they really need to work on their customer service because this was unacceptable. This is the second time where they have displayed rude behavior, the first time was when whoever at the drive-thru window snapped about the sizes available on the smoothies.

It's 10:20 and I'm stuck in the drive thru due to the workers telling me they have a big order and cannot take my order. This is absolutely unacceptable. The were 3 cars behind me that were also sent away. This is no way to run an establishment. Plus the workers were very rude and unprofessional.

Feel as though it should not take 43 minutes to make a smoothie....
This location in richton park is very suckish. i tried to use the bathroom. The guy said said yea you have to pay like duh what do you think we came in for to buy smoothies. Anyways we waited 15 minutes for 2 smoothies like idk the attitude and atmosphere with these teenagers is not good for business. Yall need to hire teenagers with good attitudes or some adults. I’ve been this to this location multiple times and its slow every time how hard is it to put in a blender and a cup

I did not initially write a review because I know sometimes one time may be an anomaly. However, I’m writing one now because it must be the norm to have to wait for online orders although you are given a pickup time online. I was so glad to have a smoothie place right by the house. The smoothies are fairly good. I order online and stop in to pick up before I hit I57 (it’s on the way to the expressway). The last 3-4 times I ordered online, my order was not ready when I arrived at the cafe. I order online so that I can grab and go. The last time I was there was Wednesday, I had to wait for my online order and I asked the employee why do I have to wait when online it stated it would be ready at a certain time? She said, we are busy. Then when my order was ready it set on the counter until I said, I believe that is my order. I suggest, you all change the website to reflect true wait times. I’ve decided that I will not patronize this place again. This has happened too many times. When I’m passing through, I’m on a schedule and each time I ran late because of the slow service.
