“PeeWee’s was awesome! Not only was the food delicious, (I had the shrimp po’boy and 1 of my hubby’s wings) but the owner and his family made us feel like we were old friends instead of first timers. Highly recommend!! We definitely will be back!”

“Great Italian food choices. We came discussing getting a pizza or calzone as a family. We ended up 2 calzones and shrimp tortellini. We also added Artison Bruschetta with goat cheese as an appetizer. Yummy! We will be back again & again & again....”

“Once you have a pizza from these guys you will find yourself comparing all other pizza's you ever eat to this one, seriously they are that good. Taco is my favorite but you can't go wrong with any of their pizza.”

“We went for our first time with dearest friends and saw ‘The Church Basement Ladies’ which was outstanding!! however, the food was lacking and rather tasteless. Started with a basic salad and only option is ranch dressing followed by the chicken pot pie and it was gluppey and needs help! The pulled pork looked a better option…Don’t come hungry as the portions are child sized and tiny dollop of mash and onion laced grandma green beans, and a shriveled roll.Appetizers are extra and desert, I had the peach cobbler it was ok we decided to have it durning intermission. I think everything is pre-made and under heat lights.The bootleggeers were amazing and hats off to these beautiful talented stars.When it’s showtime because of the position of the tables it’s is super awkward to position yourself to watch as your sat sideways to the stage we had table of four and tiny areas and terribly cramped, you have to shuffle your chair out and limited space with people behind you doing the same thing to try and turn your body to see the show, my husband was sat next to me and he found it very uncomfortable also and I ended up with pain towards the 2nd half of the show and this is a problem as many others around me said the same.I think this has been this way since the 70’s beautiful concept but it needs a modern revamp and more comfortable way to enjoy their marvelous shows.Would be better two tables against wall sitting towards the stage, easier on body and necks.It’s a shame you can’t see show without eating…or having the option of having appetizers and deserts only?It’s definitely worth seeing and throughly enjoyed it and next time I will get a two seat so we can enjoy it better.”

“Good stop for lunch. Cafeteria style food setup. Service help me get options that were popular. Was recommended a stuff potato and it was very good. I also ordered a salad and it was good but a little expensive. Solid ”

“Sitting on the north bank of the Rock River, this place is pretty large. We apparently went in through one of three doors so pay attention. We were early enough to pick a booth, and were promptly given menus. I checked out the salad bar but decided to try the Grilled Cheesy Burger. Just like it sounds, a grilled cheese sandwich with Texas Toast meets 1/2 pound cheeseburger. A couple of onion rings on top for good measure as well. The steak fries were a little crispy but still good. Will return again.”

“Personally, I don't have a great appreciation for breweries that don't serve food, as I am not a 'bar' person. I prefer to eat while drinking beer.Went to Radical Effect on Saturday because Floyd's Burgers food truck was there. EXCELLENT burgers (despite extra wait natural for a quality food truck).Unfortunately, Radical Effect didn't have any of their own beers on tap that interested me (which is odd, as I appreciate diversity), so I had a Victory sour I am very fond of.Five stars for Floyd's, three stars for Radical Effect, averaging out to four stars.”

“My favorite place to get a calzone! Always hot and fresh when we arrive, even after driving 20 minutes home, it's still hot when sitting down to eat. Love this ”

“Mulkey's is a place we've always made a point of visiting when we come home. My father-in-law was a regular there who everyone always stopped to say hello to. He passed this week at age 97, and Mulkey's was the last place he visited.There's nothing spectacular in the atmosphere there, but while other places are trying to assimilate nostalgia, Mulkey's offers the real deal.”
