Was in line a few minutes before close. Open sign was on. Get up to the window and they deny service. For 2 pink drinks, which are super easy to make. Pretty pissed, horrible customer service. And they missed out because I'm a good tipper for a drink that takes less then 2 seconds to make.

Should just change your name to Atomic Energy because you can't find much on the coffee drinks. No syrups listed. And the espresso does not have a good flavor. There isn't much flavor to the drink I choose either. Tastes burnt. I've given them 2 chances and both times it was disappointing. Both times the staff wasn't friendly. And they just pour syrups from the bottles... without measurement or pumps how do you expect there to be consistency? If you aren't going to do coffee right then don't do it at all.

They raised their prices this year. Drinks are amazing. But in reality, with a cup full of ice you are probably getting a half can of rock star at best and the syrups are dispensed a tablespoon per flavor. So sad they felt the need to raise it .50

They'd get more stars for service and overall if they listened to customers requests. Light ice or no ice means very little not a whole cup full. Several times this happens and the attitude is "oh well"Some establishments surcharge for light or no ice as they use more product. I've never complained over that, and if this is why they don't give what the customer asks for, maybe they should factor in a price increase for this request. ?Annoying. Drinks are tasty. Just too much ice.

I used to love coming here. All 3 locations have gone down hill over the last month. Drinks are never made right. Prices have sky rocketed. It is insane to charge $1 for light ice and $2 for no ice. Then to still put a full cup of ice in my drink is just crazy to me. Try another coffee shop. Here, you will be disappointed.

Ordered the matcha latte and was pleasantly surprised they had it on their menu! I just wish they asked if I wanted any sugar for it. Wasn’t sweet or even semi sweet at all. Next time though I’ll ask!
