They'd get more stars for service and overall if they listened to customers requests. Light ice or no ice means very little not a whole cup full. Several times this happens and the attitude is "oh well"Some establishments surcharge for light or no ice as they use more product. I've never complained over that, and if this is why they don't give what the customer asks for, maybe they should factor in a price increase for this request. ?Annoying. Drinks are tasty. Just too much ice.
Literally the sweetest drinks ever. I go to the other locations but the rock island is my personal favorite. Not only is the service always welcoming you with a smile, the drinks are just delicious!Wheelchair accessibility: ?
