I don't know why I keep going back but I think I finally am done. The outside is run down and really needs some attention. Spent 10 mins in line waiting after I ordered For the price of food it would be nice if it was hot as well as it would be nice if you got the drink you ordered. Coke is not diet cherry. The sandwich was lukewarm and definitely wasn't extra mayo as asked.

Placed a Mobile order at 8:13 a.m.. Was in parking lot to place order for one of their deals. They are to open at 8 a.m.Waited until 8:25 a.m.. One car in lot. Lights were on in building. No one answered.This location has a major problem with their opening and closing times.Don't do any mobile orders with this location..

They are very rude unprofessional and can not follow simple instructions. I order 2 whoppers 1 without onions 2 fries and a jalapeño cheese bite... They can not be trusted with orders i am deathly allergic to onions and they put onions on my burger. Do not go

Drive thru was fast and food was hot and delicious. Had a coupon that saved me money to .parking lot was clean .Drive thru employees were very friendly and atmosphere was definitely clean safe and friendly distancing as we can through. Prices are always reasonable. I especially like the mix and match but go for the chicken sandwich too. But this time it was early and I got double meet biscuits. Yum. Will definitely start doing more morning food here.

My order got messed up and I had to drive back. The manager Brandon was doing the work of 5 people so I felt bad I had to wait in line and take up his time, But he was very nice and patient and replaced my missing items plus a desert for having to drive back. Hopefully he stays at this location I go here all the time.

Literally sick of this place never getting orders right.... I just had a mobile order and they put lettuce on every sandwich (I can't have lettuce) and instead of adding cheese to 2 whoppers they added 2 slices to one whopper.... People

Decent prices, but be aware you can only use 1 coupon per order and you can't create multiple orders to use more than 1, unless you have more people with you to pay for those separate orders. They don't tell you that (in the drive thru) until after you've completed the order and gone to the window to pay

Zero stars if I could. Every time I come to this location I regret it. Waiting 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line in 2019 during the lunch our is... well it's just unacceptable. Not sure who runs this franchise but they should find another career. I really HATE this restaurant location.
