We asked for a very thin crust and while it was thin it wasn’t more so than any other thin crust. The sauce lacked flavor. It was at best bland. We asked for extra sausage & cheese. If what they gave us was extra I’d hate to see what regular cheese & sausage consisted of. The bigger letdown was the “Fresh Calamari.” This wasn’t fresh! It was straight from the freezer bag to the deep fryer. Breading was very institutional from a place like Gordon Food Service. The person that took my order over the phone and got my food for me was very nice. You get one chance to make a first impression. Gerry’s food fell far short.“

“My order was late being delivered and we figured out it was likely delivered to the wrong address. The staff was helpful, quickly remade the order, and delivered it without a problem. The delivery driver was very polite and even ensured our address was corrected in the system. I appreciate their great customer service and the food was amazing as always.“

“We were visiting from out of town haven't been to Rockford before. In town to see Travis tritt at the hard rock cafe. Omg what a show!!! He was amazing!! It was a really amazing place to be. Intimate n small the venue at the hard rock...and what a show he put on! Still get goose bumps when I think about it. Whan an amazing man. And the band was pretty incredible too! Was sj refreshing. Well remember that night forever-

“I had placed an order really almost too late an had to call back and add a pizza to the original order, due to a couple of Issues it was already late and the employees were very considerate of the situation and understanding they were willing to work with us on our order pickup for that and the way they handled this y family and I recommend everyone go to this location for any Pizza Hut needs. I really appreciate the lady that I spoke with and I recommend her an the other employees that are working with her to get some increase in pay.
