“Great food but some servers who don’t want to work, and don’t, stand out in the open talking while tables just sit and wait for 10-15min to even see a server. Openly arguing about who was taking tables while the place was pretty full. Our party of 9 was one of the unwanted tables. There were two waitresses out of 4-5 who actually worked. And the busser was amazing.“

Not from Rockford but we found our way here to visit the local Japanese garden.

After searching Google for dinner plans we settled on Plume and wow, what a great decision that was.

Menu was very intriguing so we ended up trying a bunch of things.

For appetizers the eggplant fries were delicious as well as the fig and prosciutto bruschetta, oh my what unexpected deliciousness! The grilled cauliflower was another delicious dish.

For my main meal I got the lasagna bolognese and omg, this was absolutely fantastic. Fresh homemade noodles and amazing flavors throughout.

Then we got Tiramisu to go and received a giant piece that I couldn't stop eating once we got home.“

“I had a special that is not regularly on the menu. It was listed as an Arabic style meal: chicken with rice, salad, and pita bread. It was one of the most flavorful meals I've eaten out in a long time, and I eat out quite a bit. There were cloves in the rice, and the thin pita bread was triangled and grilled with onion, some delicious oil, and seasoning on the inside. It was seriously delicious and I have to have it again very soon!!“

“Best Mexican seafood restaurant. This is our spot to go to, my hubby who is such a fan of seafood LOVES Costa Bora. Staff are always so nice and Melissa is the best server and makes BOMB drinks. My grandma who passed away not too long ago, would always request this restaurant so this place has a special spot in my heart. hope they stay in business for many years and never change the recipes. I love how its family owned and always give excellent service.“

“Waited a month before coming because I saw all the negative reviews. I went in and I ordered the wicked sandwich to go. Everything about my sandwich was fantastic. The only thing I would he concerned about is time. I was the only one in there and it still took 10+ minutes to get my sandwich. Overall 8.5/10 . The wicked was fantastic.“

“I was going to look at the menu to order and noticed the overall 3 star review. I've been ordering from this location for a few years now and wondered what's up with that. I have never received anything from this restaurant that wasn't excellent. I'm appalled at these one star ratings and wonder if somebody's planting bad reviews to help their own business. Order whatever you like, all their food is excellent compared to the other Chinese restaurants in the area.
