Genuinely the BEST service I have ever received from any Starbucks. We had a last minute catering order, and the staff was so kind and patient and got everything correct. I know how frustrating the food industry can be, especially when you have a million things going on and then on top of that a big order gets placed. The young women on shift handled it like absolute professionals, AND all with a smile!! I was blown away. These ladies need a raise ASAP.

Neither bathroom had soap to wash your hands.The coffee I ordered wasn’t what I got. It tasted like the beans had been swapped and I didn’t get the Verona I ordered.They also left my coffee sitting to the side. My wife had her coffee and we waited for a while before they asked what the other coffee we were waiting on, which was the swapped around not Verona blend.
