I go to this McDonald’s almost every night after work, I ordered and the automated speaker did not come through, as well as I was being talked to very rude the entire time. Once approved the window I tried to give a code & she already went through with my card, I asked if anything could be done, she said no, cut me off rudely and wouldn’t give me a refund. I asked for a manager, as she approached she also has an attitude I asked for an refund because at that point I didn’t want to order anything she didn’t refund my whole meal on top of me trying to kill them with kindness. It’s crazy I go here all the time and only night gives me problems and attitudes everytime.

As a business owner myself, I don’t like writing negative reviews, but the food at this particular McDonald’s has been consistently substandard since opening 5 or 6 years ago.Recently, I ordered breakfast burritos and hotcakes. The edges of the tortillas used for the burritos were hard as a rock, and ingredients in the burrito were rubbery and cold. As for the hotcakes, they were cold, doughy, and tasted like dish soap.This experience wasn’t a one-off event. Because my parents live in Rockton, I visit this particular McDonald’s a few times a year. Maybe 1 out of every 4 visits results in a completely correct order with delicious food. 25% is a terrible average, and the owners of this franchise need to either make adjustments to their operations or close up shop.Like I said in the beginning, I don’t like writing negative reviews. However, I finally felt compelled to write this after yesterday’s meal and the fact advertisements for this McDonald’s keep appearing in my Facebook timeline. They need to reallocate their digital ad spend to operations management. Just my two cents.

This place was so filthy today! In the dining area most the tables were dirty, trash bins were overflowing and the floor had food and trash all over it! If the dining area was not cleaned just imagine what the kitchen area looked like.

The food is always warm or hot. Orders are usually correct. But please stop handing out straws with straw-less lids. The straw-less lids are great but your employees are apparently too dim to figure out the concept. If they won't accept the still-wrapped straw back through the window because of possible contamination then stop distributing straws in paper wrappers. Or better yet, stop giving out straws unless customers ask for them. You don't give out straws with hot coffee do you? It's a decent McDonald's this is my only complaint.

Gave a them a code from the app for buy one shake, get one for $.29. It didn’t get applied to my order and so I got charged. When I called to explain their mistake and ask for my refund, I was told that if the code “didn’t work”, there was nothing they could do about it. That’s nonsense, as this kind of thing has happened before at other McDonald’s locations, and they were perfectly happy to make things right. Guess this particular McDonald’s isn’t very concerned with treating their customers right. Always check your receipt before pulling away!

Thin, blonde, blue shirt, glasses, working 6:38p tonight needs to be fired immediately. She was incredibly unprofessional, extremely rude, and accused me of lying. Very very confrontational for absolutely no reason. Several other people witnessed how rude she was to my 12yr daughter and then again to myself. We ordered (3) 10pc nuggets meals, two quarter pounder meals in the drive through, but only received (2) of the 10pc nuggets.. when we came in she accusing me of lying about missing 1. Who in their right mind would sit around letting their food go cold to to get a free 10pc nugget.. when they just spent $64 on it. She needs to be fired. Period

wednesday, Feb. 14. around 8pm i pulled up to the drivethru speaker. Automated voice asks about using the app. i said " no ,thanks, ill need a second" . i looked the menu for maybe 4 seconds and then i said "ok, i'll take a large Coke, light ice..." and before I could finish my sentence, young female voice says with slight attitude "so I'm taking your order now?". I couldn't believe it. Thanks for interrupting me. The brat would't know what professional was if it hit her in the forehead. I wouldn't trust this girl to babysit my goldfish, much less run the drive-thru. it's Pathetic. is this really the treatment we should expect from McDonald's from now on?

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a manager. When my order with extra onion had no onion I was told if I don't like it to go somewhere else.

You would think with all the bad reviews about the one manger someone might look into that situation. I too had poor service with a youngster at the window called to speak with the manger and wow rude experience from her. I asked her name and she refused to give a name . Said she did nothing wrong. I reminded her we the customers are her pay check and without customers the store could not survive . I guess they lost one customer.
