“I would give this place 100 stars if able! I had to plan a rehearsal luncheon for my son's wedding in Joliet in mid May with only 2 months notice. Since we live in North Carolina, I had to do all the research online. Thank heaven I came across SixtyFour Reserve Room in a Google search. The manager, Andrew, contacted me right away and was so helpful in making suggestions for our event. Cheryl, the events manager, took over in finalizing all the arrangements. There are so many different options for appetizers, meal combinations, wine, cocktails and beer! Our guests were able to choose their favorites ahead of time. When we arrived on the day of the event, we were so delighted by the venue! Everything I had requested was in place, and Cheryl and our amazing server/bartender, Alex, immediately greeted us and made everyone feel welcome. The appetizers and meals were served efficiently and right on the timeline I had planned. The food was incredibly delicious with a pleasing presentation. Our guests had so much fun with the Wine Stations, and the whiskey lovers appreciated the variety of choices. Everyone raved about how much they enjoyed the food, drink and ambiance. Best of all, I was able to relax and enjoy our guests since all the work was done by Andrew, Cheryl, Alex and the kitchen staff. The cost was very reasonable, especially so close to Chicago. For starters I had the chips and dip and the Brussel sprouts. And omg I could not get enough. Brussels sprouts were cooked amazingly with some sweet chili sauce. Crispy and flavorful , they didn’t even need it. Chips were cooked to perfection and dip was some sort of French onion creamy dip. Quite a bit of food for a cheap appetizer.Main meal was awesome. I got their cheeseburger. But it wasn’t just a regular one it had cooked onions, their special peppery burger sauce, cheese and pickles. Double smash burger. Very big burger and super flavorful. Filled me up and was a high quality burger. I opted for their creamy mashed potatoes as my side and was not anywhere near disappointed. Perfect amount of saltiness where it didn’t need anything extra, and super creamy and great texture .For desert I went with the donut holes and coffee ganache dip. Incredible. The way the coffee was a bit bitter as a dipping for the cinnamon fried donut holes was chefs kiss. It’s hard to nail every course in a 3 course meal but they did it. “My mother found this place to host our baby shower and they were so wonderful to work with! Bruce helped my mother with every question she had and made the entire planning process extremely easy. We chose to do a brunch and were able to be let in early with plenty of time to set up before guests arrived. The food was great, the atmosphere was wonderful, and everyone had such a great time. “My Emplyee loves this place and always gets the Steak Tacos. I went today and had the Chicago Dog special as well as ordered a small chili. Not a “bean” guy on chili but…. Was great!!! I’m no chef but the ingredients tasted fresh and was great. Will order again (even with beans). Staff is great and let my dog inside (was out walking him when I stopped by). Loved it.And yes…. “Food was amazing! Service was amazing until server forgot to give me my free pasta to take home for the deal they had going on. I got a little distance from the restaurant and I realized the server had not said anything about boxing or giving me the free pasta to take home. Although the server was in a deep conversation with one of her friends that was dining in yesterday night . In doing so she forgot to give me my pasta . I think her name was Maria if I’m not mistaking but don’t get side tracked next time!“
“My wife and I love this place! We've been on and off regulars for a few years now, and it just feels like our very own Cheers. We started coming for the beer and cocktails from the fully stocked bar because it's so close to home, and the atmosphere and quality food choices on the menu drew us back for more. TOn top of that, the entire staff here are so welcoming and friendly. These are good people running a fantastic business like nothing we've ever found anywhere else in this area. “My wife and I had a wonderful lunch. She enjoys the fish tacos and I the Kansas City burger. Both meals were cooked perfectly. Both tasted like they have always tasted, consistently good. The beer selection was good. I went with the Sam Adams Oktoberfest on tap, and my wife went with the premium Margarita. Both were excellent. But I wish to specifically point out that our server, Adam, was top notch. He obviously was wearing many hats. He greeted us as we walked in. He seated us at a booth of our choice. He was our server too. The entire time he was doing all this, he was also taking care of all the customers at the bar. He was Sharp. He saw my wife had her cell phone out with a birthday coupon before we even told him. He took that immediately. He obviously has a ton of experience doing his job. Polite and professional. we both were very pleased.“
“We stayed at the Indigo for 3 nights and added breakfast to our room. There was a $25 limit per person, which sounded like a lot, but this restaurant was expensive. We hit or went over that amount every morning (you just pay the difference and tip).The Indigo Hotel was by far the best hotel experience I've had at an IHG location in years. And the restaurant did not disappoint.It was exceptionally clean, and even when it was busy - which it was over the Thanksgiving holiday - and there were only a few servers, the entire staff was on top of things. They were quick, responsive and friendly every single morning. And some even recognized us and greeted us in the mornings.My parents tried pancakes, French toast, sunny side up eggs, fruit, and juice and enjoyed every meal. I tried something different each morning too. The veggie omelet with potatoes, bagel and lox, and veggie Benedict were absolutely wonderful. The portions are huge, and I couldn't finish the omelet. And the lox was so delicious I forgot to take a picture until several bites in.The potatoes were really good, and even the wheat toast was incredible. My mom also likes the jams they provide. All around just excellent food and service. Yes, it was very pricey for breakfast, but I left sated.Oh, and the bathrooms in the back (away from entrance and only customers can use them) were pristine.“
